His and Her Hobby Shop
Due to the various
size/shape and weight of items we will call you with the exact shipping and
handling charges for your order.
If you have any questions please call or email us and we will get back to you as
soon as possible. If you have a preferred shipping carrier please let us know.
Any item damaged in shipping must be reported to the carrier. You must follow their established procedures for damaged goods, which usually means immediate notification, completion of required forms or claims as they may deem necessary. Please notify us as well should you encounter any problem with the condition of your order upon arrival.
Product returns must have an authorization number from His & Her Hobby Shop return shipment and prior to credit being issued. Returns must be within 10 days of receipt and a restocking fee may be charged.
